Hey, I'm Alex and it's so nice to meet you! I am a 24 year old High School Social Studies Teacher from Jacksonville Florida that spends all his free time being his wife and parent's private chef. I have been cooking for fun since I was in middle school, but these past three years I have become obsessed and in 2025 decided I wanted to do something more with this passion. I spent the last five years in a DJ duo with one of my best friend's Andrew where we released music and played live shows for audiences as big as 1,000. My new private chef business, Inside Bitez, aims to create not just amazing food, but amazing experiences with small party events. Inspired by the quarterly "fancy" dinner parties my parents had with their friends growing up, where they would cook up something nice like a beef tenderloin and open up their best bottle of wine, my specialty is 5 course plated, 5-10 person dinner parties with your best friends that brings a high quality restaurant to your own home.
